1. USE OF SERVICES By using our website to make reservations, browse menus, or contact us, you agree to use the services lawfully and not to attempt unauthorized access.

2. RESERVATIONS Reservations are confirmed by email or message. We may cancel reservations in case of unforeseen circumstances and will notify you promptly.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENTS Menu prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT (IVA). Final amounts are charged at the restaurant unless otherwise stated for catering or events.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content (images, text, recipes, branding) on the website belongs to Indian Elephant Restaurant or is licensed to us. You may not reproduce it without permission.
